Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Smiffys account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and including the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
